The “live chat” function enables customers to talk to HSBC’s UK wealth engagement officers.
They can discuss different options and products but will not offer financial advice.
What does this mean?
HSBC says it found that more than 2 in 3 people using My Investment wanted to be able to speak to an expert before making their decision. With the world going increasingly digital, it has now offered this to customers through an on-screen service.
