Fiserv helps SMEs get ‘Back2Business’

FinTech Alliance company Fiserv is debuting a new scheme to help SMEs get back on their feet following the impact of Covid-19.

In Brief:

  • Back2Business offers business expertise and technology solutions to small firms.

  • It has a specific focus on minority-owned businesses which are disproportionately impacted by the crisis.

  • The scheme will start in Brooklyn and expand to communities across the US.

What does this mean?

Small businesses have been hugely impacted by the global pandemic, and in New York it’s expected that 30% of minority or women-owned businesses will not survive the next 30 days. Many have been unsuccessful in applying for government aid. Fiserv hopes to offer crucial resources to help them get back on their feet through through its business expertise and technology solutions.
