Our unique solution is an investor-led digital bond issuance platform that creates bilateral private bond transactions on enterprise blockchain matched directly to investor demand.

Our platform disintermediates bond issuance, management, and reporting through blockchain enabled automation and introduces market and regulatory efficiencies to make direct bond issuance at lower cost and with greater flexibility a possibility for both investors and issuers.

We aim to capture 1% of global bond market corresponding to an estimated revenue of £70m and to be positioned to capitalise on mass digital asset adoption.
